Jacob Brown

Jacob Brown has been teaching Acro since 2014 and has spent fifteen years immersed in the global Acro community. He has attended and taught at a multitude of Acro campouts, festivals, and teacher trainings around the world. Jacob is known for his playful teaching style, creative flows, and love of both technical skill-building and joyful exploration. In addition to teaching workshops internationally, he runs his own Acro teacher training, where he helps students develop both their movement skills and their ability to share Acro safely and effectively.

The Setting

The Cove at Rimrock Lake

Tucked into the Wenatchee National Forest at 2,926 feet, Rimrock Lake is formed by Tieton Dam on the Tieton River — crystal blue waters surrounded by old-growth conifers and Cascade mountain vistas. About 180 miles from Seattle and 40 minutes west of Yakima. The Cove provides open, flat grounds ideal for acro practice, direct lake access, and a sky absolutely full of stars when the sun drops behind the ridge.
